First laptop was clean as could be, but had an issue with the internal speakers not playing audio (headphone jack worked). Support was super easy to work with - they logged in, poked around, and then offered a replacement laptop. Second laptop is perfect, I can't believe these are refurbs, they look/feel brand new. Great value, will be buying from them again.
