I have an out door fan with throes beaded led things not bulbs so I couldn't put in lower watt incandescing bulbs, This thing is so bright it nearly blinds you It's like a flood light shinning in your face ., I came a crossed this round stained glass sticker and got the tulip to try to cut down on the harsh ugly glaring light the fan light emitsits; round and fits inside the cover near perfect and you don't see it until the light is turned on . I just detest ugly led lighting and try to avoid them ,it;s getting so bad you can hardly find incandesant light bulbs any more . Now , . it's so much softer and pleasant to sit out at night with the softer lighting . Did I say how much I hate led lights Ha! I don't know anyone else that likes them either but the government keep shoving them down your neck forcing you in to using the ugly darn things
