I've used this product enough to tell you that it is an excellent ice scraper.Size:The scraper is small enough to fit nearly anywhere in your car. I keep it in my trunk, but I've also kept it in the pocket behind the passenger seat of my car. Due to its size (and the product name), make sure to purchase this only if you have a small car or truck.Durability/Design:This scraper is built to last. The scraper itself is heavy duty and clears ice off of my windshield with ease. The handle is both comfortable and practical. The handle allows for adequate leverage and makes scarping very easy.Price:At under $10, this scraper is a great deal. In my opinion, this scraper, which you'll use nearly every day if you live in a cold city, is well worth the price. It's durable, works well, and, if you do have any issues, the company seems very intent on making sure you are happy.Customer Service:I usually do not include comments about customer service in my reviews, by this company has reached out to me several times to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I responded back to a couple of emails and had a friendly back-and-forth about this product. Isaac, the founder of the company, has listened to my feedback about the product (which was all positive) and provided answers to all of my questions.
